Towards the tragic death of Will Hampton

As many of you know Will tragically passed away last Thursday 6/8/23 after being involved in an incident while working at Lee's Summit Resource Recovery Park. As you can imagine his parents, sister and family are distraught their sweet boy will forever be 16 years old. Will had the most beautiful eyes and contagious smile, he lit up any room he walked into. He was such a kind and loving soul, anyone who met him loved him. Will had a special relationship with every single kid in our neighborhood, taking time to play with the littles and take them for rides on his mini bike. He is leaving behind a loving family, best friends he has grown up with and friends and family that loved him dearly. The money donated will go to the Hampton family to help with funeral arrangements and the many other expenses they will be faced with in the coming weeks.
