Toys for children

Hi, my name is Abbie, I am starting this go fund me as it’s the run up to Christmas and like many of us we are fortunate enough to give and receive gifts to one another this festive season, but for the other less fortunate families they all dream of gifting there little ones presents for Christmas to see the smile on their faces but unfortunately can not afford to buy presents for them. I am doing this for the Salvation Army, they distributed 76,000 toys last year and are expecting that number to rise with the cost of living crisis. Any money raised will be spent buying toys and gifts for the less fortunate little ones who won’t have anything to open on Christmas morning and will be taken to the Salvation Army in Preston. I myself have been fortunate enough to have never been in that situation but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t get overlooked.

As we all know the cost of living crisis is effecting all of us, if you are unable to donate but still wish to help, any toys and books that’s your children no longer use can be taken to your local Salvation Army, the staff there will wrap the pre loved toys and give them to the children in need.
