Toys for Lekotek of Georgia

Thanks for visiting my page.
My goal is to switch adapt toys for kids that have special needs to make them more accessible. For many kids, it can be difficult to activate certain toys that may require some interaction. By adapting the toys, the kids will be able to activate the toy with an easy to use switch.
My sister Zoë needs these sorts of toys. While searching for them, I realized that the prices are exorbitantly high. For example, an adapted toy and switch can cost upwards of $100 and $60, respectively.
As funds are raised, I will be purchasing toys and adapting them. I will be donating these toys to Lekotek of Georgia , an organization that lends toys to children with special needs. I've seen firsthand how much joy Lekotek brings, as Zoë has benefitted from their services for many years. By providing toys to Lekotek this means that more children will be able to enjoy toys that are otherwise not accessible to them.
My target is to adapt/build 50 toys and switches that will be distributed across the six Lekotek locations in Georgia. Any excess funds collected will be donated to Lekotek.
