Emily’s Road to Recovery

Donation protected
Seven-year-old Emily Ogg was severely burned in a tragic fire accident on July 22.  Following the fire accident, Emily was immediately rushed to Kipling Hospital and then transported by Ambulance to Regina, where it seemed like things were going to be okay. Two days later, on July 24,  Doctors decided to fly her to Saskatoon to be assessed in PICU at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital. Following Emily being re-assessed at the Children’s Hospital, doctors have decided the best place for Emily to be is in the burn unit in Edmonton, where she can get the treatment she needs. Robert and Shayla now need to spend the majority of their time in Edmonton with Emily. This time away from work will have a financial impact on the Ogg family, so we have set up this GoFundMe page to help with some of the burdens this will bring to their family. The funds raised for their family will help with emergency transportation costs, hotel, gas, food and bills over the coming months while Emily heals and begins her road to recovery.
