Trace Hoffman

Trace Hoffman is 13 years old. Trace is a student at Hampshire Unit School. He is in 8th grade. Trace is an awesome athlete who plays Basketball and Baseball. Trace was diagnosed with Nodular lymphocyte-predominant HL (NLPHL) July 9th 2023. He will have surgery 8/7/23 to have his port inserted and chemo will start the same day. Trace will undergo 4 cycles of 21 days roughly 12 weeks of chemo. During this time Trace will have to stay at Vanderbilt for the first 3 days of each cycle. Trace and his family will be commuting daily thereafter. This Gofundme is set up to help Trace’s family to alleviate medical expenses. Please pray for Trace and his family.
