Tracey Lee Jones Huber

Hi all,

We lost an incredible woman earlier this week in Tracey Lee Jones Huber. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, friend and caretaker serving as a Registered Nurse for 35 years. Like many, she struggled with anxiety and depression for many years. Unfortunately, she lost the fight earlier this week.

The family is raising funds for the funeral. Any overage from those expenses will go towards a still to be determined local suicide prevention organization in their community. Please consider donating in honor of Tracey and all who struggle with depression and anxiety.

I knew Tracey through my extraordinary friend Mike Huber from my days working at The State Theatre in Falls Church. For nearly 20 years, I have known him, Tracey, and watched as their incredible children went through school in Northern Virginia and later from afar when they moved to their dream home by the beach in Wilmington, North Carolina nearly a decade ago. They have all become beacons of love and care in their community and I have always been so proud of them for the beautiful life they've created and am heartbroken with the rest of you at this great loss.

Information is still pending about when and where the service will take place. I will work with Mike and the family to keep you updated with information they feel comfortable sharing as it is available.
