Tracey Tolley-Eashappie

Tracey Tolley-Eashappie, a beautiful nish ikwe, only 37 years old, started her journey to the spirit world on September 10th, 2024.

Tracey is the mother to Lexus-Bree and Saydi. She is also a daughter, a sister, an auntie, a niece, a cousin, a friend and a beloved community member from Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg in QC and has relations from her late father, Patrick, in Carry the Kettle Nakoda Nation in SK.

If you were lucky enough to know Tracey or to have met her, you know she was full of love, light and laughter and she showed it to her girls, her loved ones and all her friends each and every day.

This loss is sudden and Tracey's girls, her mother, and her siblings need all the love and support right now during this heartbreaking and difficult time.

As the family prepare for Tracey's funeral, they need immediate financial support to cover the travel costs for Tracey's family to travel from out west to attend the funeral. There will also be expenses for the funeral that will not be covered. Any remaining monies will go towards Tracey's immediate family.

The funeral arrangements have not been finalized yet but they will be sorted in the coming days. McConnery's Funeral Home will publish the information.
