Raise a Hallelujah for Tracy

On October 13th, 2019, the lives of Tracy Berg and all who know and love her were instantly changed forever. Out of the blue she was diagnosed with lung cancer that has spread to her brain, vertebrae, lymph nodes, pelvis, and femur. At only 52, Tracy is facing the fight of her life.
Tracy was a healthy, active, hard working wife and mother who was experiencing back pain. She first tried chiropractic care for a few weeks, and one Sunday when the pain became unbearable her husband, Todd, took her to the emergency room. It was at this point that their whole life changed in an instant, as a chest x-ray showed a tennis ball size tumor in her lung. Further testing in the following weeks confirmed it was not only cancer but that it had spread throughout her entire body. Furthermore, due to the size of the tumor, its location, and the spread of the cancer it has been determined surgery is not an option at his time. Tracy is undergoing radiation treatment on her spine and brain to try and keep the cancer from progressing and alleviate her pain. The prognosis at this time is unknown as they are still waiting for the genetic tests on the cancer to come back to see if any other treatments are available.
For anyone that may know Tracy they know she is the kind of person who lights up your day just with her smile, and will always give positive encouragement to anyone who needs it. Tracy has been married to her high school sweetheart, Todd, for over 30 years. They have two children - Ashlie, a sergeant in the U.S. Army, and Dillan, who just married his high school sweetheart Joelle in June.
Due to the extent of her cancer treatment Tracy is unable to work and the medical bills are extensive and ongoing. Her doctors and treatment are in Wausau, which requires almost daily trips and is over an hour from their home. Last year they were able to purchase their dream home, which is true source of comfort and peace for Tracy at this time, and this may also be in jeopardy. Todd's job as a Territory Manager for JWR, Inc. requires him to travel extensively, but his team there is trying to keep him at home as much as possible so he can be by Tracy's side, take her to appointments, and spend as much time as possible with her. This campaign was not Tracy and Todd's idea - we brought it up to them and they did not want to ask for help, but for those of us who know and love them this is a small way to show our love and support and help alleviate this source of worry for them.
Through all of this Tracy and Todd's faith is keeping them strong. Tracy's view is that this is win-win situation - either her cancer is cured or she will go to heaven and have everlasting life. Her personal fight song is "Raise a Hallelujah" by Bethel, which is a true testament to her faith and her fight:
I raise a hallelujah, in the presence of my enemies
I raise a hallelujah, louder than the unbelief
I raise a hallelujah, my weapon is a melody
I raise a hallelujah, heaven comes to fight for me
I'm going to sing, in the middle of the storm
Louder and louder, you're going to hear my praises roar
Up from the ashes, hope will arise
Death is defeated, the King is alive!
I raise a hallelujah, with everything inside of me
I raise a hallelujah, I will watch my darkness flee
I raise a hallelujah, in the middle of the mystery
I raise a hallelujah, fear you lost your hold on me!
