Hi my name is Dawn. I am fundraising to help offset the cost of expenses for my baby sister Tracy. She passed away unexpectedly 12/30/23. Our family is in shock at the moment. Tracy was a loving, compassionate, sweetheart. Tracy was a giver and always felt happier giving than receiving. At the moment we have no clue of insurance or if she had insurance.
