Born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, this award winning author strived to leave a world kinder than it was when she got here.
In 2007, Chong, better known as Tracy, was sexually assaulted. In 2011, she attempted suicide to get away from the cyber bullies who were threatening her life. Earlier in 2018, Tracy survived another onslaught of cyber attacks, that time over her being an author. Despite the pain of her past, and suffering from depression and post traumatic stress, Tracy has always been known by her friends and colleagues as "Sunshine" for her bright smile.
Surviving assault and cyber assault was more than she had ever dreamed of living through, but on a raining November 5th evening, Tracy was hit by a car. Fortunately, the driver didn't run or leave her there to lay in the rain in the dark. The near miss with death if one of their own has the author and reader communities concerned.
Currently, insurance and Tracy's savings has funded most of the medical costs. We ask that you help this woman who has helped so many.
