Help Kristi and Tracy get to NJ!

One of the hardest things about being a parent is watching your children get a great, life changing opportunity 1000 miles away and know you are not in the position financially to give them the help they need to get there. Tracy Bedgood, our son-in-law, has been offered his dream job. This new job opportunity is at Dillon Music in Woodbridge, NJ, as a brass repair apprentice and tuba/euphonium specialist. It's a great career move and puts him in a part of the country where there are more playing gigs for a working tuba player. The move will be tremendously expensive and the costs are overwhelming! They are hoping to make a trip to Woodbridge in May to find a place to live and possibly find Kristi a job. The cost of this short trip by itself is expensive but their research into housing has really opened their eyes to the differences in living in New Jersey compared to the last six years they have spent in Mississippi.
Tracy has been working on his Doctorate degree at the University of Southern Mississippi. Along with his degree work he has worked long hard hours with the Music department as a Graduate Assistant and has played with many of the ensembles. While doing that he also worked with the marching band, low brass and jazz ensemble at Jones County Community College in nearby Ellisville, MS. During this time, he has also played on many different occasions with the Symphony of Meridian, MS , the Gulf Coast Symphony, Mobile, AL, the Louisiana Philharmonic in New Orleans and Shreveport, LA.
Before moving to Mississippi, Tracy received his Master’s degree from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and did other graduate work at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. He has worked with students at Bossier Parish Community College in Bossier City, LA, Centenary College and Evangel Christian Academy in Shreveport, LA. Tracy and Kristi are not afraid of hard work but trying to get ready to move to New Jersey is proving harder than anything they have tried to date.
I started their GoFundMe page to help with their expenses. It is not easy asking for help but please consider donating to help them begin this new chapter in their lives. Any donation is greatly appreciated. Please help Kristi and Tracy get to New Jersey!
Thank you and God bless!
