Trade Street Diner

This has been a very sad few days and some of the most difficult times in  our entire careers.

Anyone who has ever been to our restaurant knows that all of our employees and team members are a part of our family.
We know that the mandatory restaurant and bar shutdown in the state of North Carolina is for everyone's own health and safety, but it does not change the fact that it breaks our hearts that we have to close  Trade Street Diner and thus put our family members out of work. Some of our employees who are behind the scenes but are incredibly important and loved, such as our dishwashers, food runners, and busssers are going to be hit just as hard as our amazing front of the house employees financially.  

Many of you, who continuously support us, those who are part our beloved community, have been asking how you can help and we figured this will get the word out the best for our employees. 



We don't know how long this closure will last but we will ensure that any money donated through gofundme will be dispersed evenly among our hourly and tipped employees. 

Thank you for your continued support. We love you, we already miss you, and we can't wait for the day that we get to take care of YOU again.
