Tragedy for the family of Ethan Cooke

Ethan, a father to 3 very young children, tragically passed suddenly after an ATV accident this weekend. He leaves behind Ella, Cayden and Hailey (all ages 6 and under). Their mother, Erica, is not just a wonderful employee but most of all a friend who is now left suddenly as a single working mother of 3. Erica has been a great long-term employee of our company who has touched the lives of and supported so many children and families, all while raising her 3 amazing children with Ethan. Now I would l just like to ask for some support for her and the kids while they navigate this very difficult transition and rebuild a life without their father. Any help to assist them in keeping the children's life as consistent as possible during this very difficult time is greatly appreciated!
