Tragic death of Michael; help his family lay him to rest

UPDATE!! He WAS murdered but not in a hit & run, he was killed by a Stab to the heart! Although responding officers told me at the scene "he looks to be struck by a car"

My name is Melissa O'Malley and my brother Michael James O'Malley was murdered in a hit-and-run over the weekend. It was sudden, and we are devastated and just in shock. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. He had many friends but always called them family. Please help me lay my brother to rest.
