Tragic House Fire - Lori Banks

On Thursday 5/11/23, Lori Banks tragically lost her home in a terrible fire that destroyed everything. Thankfully Lori is safe, however she lost almost all of her belongings including priceless family photos and heirlooms. Her car was also damaged. Sadly, her dog Annie went missing during the fire and is still lost.
Lori is a longtime Walnut Creek resident , a mom to 3, a grandmother to 1, a sister, a daughter, a caring and loyal friend, and a First Grade teacher at Coyote Creek Elementary School in San Ramon.
Mrs. Banks has been an integral part of the Coyote Creek Elementary School staff for over a decade. She is passionate and enthusiastic about education and has been a dedicated teacher to many young learners. As a 1st grade teacher, she has touched the lives of so many.
The loss is immense and unfathomable. As her friends and co-workers, we hope to be able to help her get back on her feet by organizing this GoFundMe. Please consider showering Lori with some love at this difficult time.
