Together for Boston Police Officer Kirk Maxwell and his family after the tragic loss of his wife Vakita Maxwell
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of this sudden, tragic and devastating loss. On October 6th the world lost a beautiful light with the unexpected passing of Vakita Maxwell, wife of Kirk Maxwell. Vakita, age 38, was an extraordinary and dedicated mother, sister, daughter, and wife who leaves a legacy of love and friendship.
Vakita leaves behind her husband and four children Aulani (12 years old), Aiden (8 years old), Amir (6 years old), and Alaiya (2 years old). Her sudden loss has left this family in shock, traumatized and emotionally shattered. For those who know and love her, an abyss of pain has been opened, none felt deeper then by those who call her mom. As her family comes to terms with this profound loss, we kindly ask for your financial support to help Kirk navigate these difficult circumstances and ensure a brighter future for their children.
As a community, we have an opportunity to band together and support this family. We launch this fundraiser, with love and hope, to stand by Kirk and his children. Your contribution will not only provide immediate financial relief, but also help Kirk to navigate this new journey of caring for his children and helping them grieve as he grieves. Your acts of kindness and generosity hold immeasurable significance, and we wholeheartedly appreciate your support.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Kirk’s family and friends.
