Tragic loss of family patriarch, Greek Efthemeos E

Donation protected
As the Efantis family sits here with mother, grandmother, and mother in law, Debbie typing this message, we are shocked, heartbroken, devastated, and loaded with emotions. After suffering the loss of our beloved son Paul Efantis, we are faced with the reality that the glue to our family, "Greek" Efthemeos Nandas Efantis unexpectedly passed away Tuesday, May 17th 2022. Greek was the sweetest man anyone could come across, he and Debbie cared for everyone they met, made them family and would often put them before themselves. He was a husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many across the world.

This has been devastating for the family, unexpected and life-changing. With the suddenness of his passing, his wife Debbie and the grandchildren they help support will have many challenging years ahead of them. They have been caregivers for the grandchildren for many years and Debbie has been Greek's sole support through his back surgeries but is not in the greatest of health herself. Greek also leaves behind his son Krystos Efantis and daughter Stephanie Henderson, Debbie's step daughter. Krystos has been at a complete lost since losing his brother, his best friend, and father in such a short amount of time. We feel the overwhelming love from all of you that have been affected by Greek and Debbie's kindness and ability to make you feel like family. We appreciate your offers of help and support.

Debbie, Greek's children and grandchildren are suffering an unbelievable second significant loss of their lives in less than 7 months , but the love from friends and family has been beautiful. We would appreciate any support in lieu of flowers to go towards the families' immediate and the forthcoming expenses they will undoubtedly face . We so shocked but find peace in knowing that Father and Son are reunited.

Please enjoy this quote from The Frederick New Post, featuring Greek himself:
"I'm a firm believer that the good Lord will take you whenever he's ready," said Greek Efantis, with a cigarette in his right hand and many more in an ashtray in front of him. "You can't worry about what could happen. You could get hit by a car today walking down the street."

We love and miss you so much husband, dad, and grandad. We know you and Paul are up there drag racing and causing a scene.
