Tragic Loss of Superhero Father
Donation protected
Our beloved superhero father, brother, husband, son, uncle, and friend, Alejandro Fajardo, tragically lost his life while doing what was only natural to him: courageously protecting himself and others. He leaves behind his 10-year-old son, Alexander, who is disabled, and faces significant medical expenses.
We're now raising funds to support Alexander, who battles with cerebral palsy and epilepsy, and to honor the memory of someone who helped his son to believe that Superman could exist in real life, and that his differences are what made him powerful too. The money will go towards his ongoing medical needs, therapy, and educational support. Additionally, a portion will be allocated to service arrangements to give our hero the farewell he deserves.
Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference in Alexander's life, and help him navigate this difficult journey without his loving father by his side.
Please join us in honoring our superhero dad's legacy and supporting Alexander during this challenging time. Together, we can make a positive impact and provide the care and resources he needs.
Thank you all for your kindness and generosity.
***Note: I had known Alex (Alejandro) my entire life, and he and my mom had been together longer than I can remember. He really was another father to me.
He and my mother (April Jewell; who is also Alexander's mother) were finally engaged.
All donations collected will be transferred directly to her****
****Update****:
Hello everyone! We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible outpouring of support and love that our family has received. Your generosity has been overwhelming, and we can't thank you enough.
We've used a portion of the funds to help give Alejandro a beautiful service, which included all of his favorite things, and honored his memory in the most meaningful way. Now, as we navigate this lifetime without him, we want to reaffirm that every dollar will be dedicated to supporting Alexander's medical needs, and his overall life journey. Your contributions will make a lasting impact on his future, and we are forever grateful for your kindness. It means the world to us, and to Alexander
