Tragic & untimely death of a wife & mother of 5

On March 2nd, 2023, my wife Bridgette tragically died at 32yrs old hours after giving birth to our beautiful daughter Divinity. She leaves me behind with Divinity, our son Legend (6), our daughter Legacy (5), and sons Knowledge (2) and Supreme (1). Bridgette's untimely death comes with no explanation from the doctors and nurses who cared for her. However, I witnessed the negligence. Bridgette told me and a doctor she wasn't OK during the surgery. Before and afterward the staff had issues. An autopsy has been done and I'm waiting for the results. Bridgette dedicated her life to her medical profession and we were preparing to take her NCLEX test for LVN on the 30th of this month. But motherhood made her the happiest. She stuck it out as a CNA after completing LVN school for 6 years just to raise our babies. Deciding Divinity would be our last child she wanted to have her tubes tied. Unfortunately, she never got a chance to even hold our last blessing together. Hours after giving birth she returned to the OR and doctors found 2 liters of blood in her stomach, gave her a hysterectomy, and then died.
