Trailer for a USMC Veteran
Donation protected
Hello friends of military service members. I have started this GoFund me page on behalf of Dan, a US Marine Corp veteran. Dan was a service member for the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine's division from 2005-2009, serving 2 tours of duty during the Iraq War. Unfortunately, Dan's multiple tours left him with unseen PTSD and real world struggles.
Dan's battle with PTSD has left him homeless, estranged from his three children and isolated from his entire family.
Dan has been homeless for approximately three years, living out of his car and constantly struggling to survive. Two weeks ago, Dan tested positive for Covid19. Prior to being sick he was able to maintain his job for 12 years but because of Covid his job status is unknown. Dan hasn't been able to go to work and his medical condition from Covid is getting worse.
He desperately needs a place to recover and heal. We are hoping to raise enough money to purchase a trailer, get him off the streets, out of his car and into a safe place to live so he can heal from Covid and regain his strength. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any contributions you are willing to make to help save Dan's life.
Dan is pictured above, he is the Marine on the left. This is a photo of him with a fellow Marine before the Marine Corps Ball in 2007.
