Train Tragedy: Nearly 300 Lives Lost in Odisha,IN

My name is Tanishka Dhariwal, and I am fundraising for the Tragic Train Accident in Odisha, India. This is India's deadliest rail accident in more than 20 years.

A collision of three trains killed nearly 300 lives and injured roughly 900 people. According to a key witness, he woke up on the train due to screeching; however, when he opened his eyes, he found 10-15 people dismembered, limbless, mangled and dead before his eyes.

Workers at the scene have been working tirelessly day and night to recover these bodies so they may be given the respect of a proper funeral. Officials said the death toll was suspected to rise further, as many passengers were thought to be pinned under train cars.
