Tramell Thompson

Our brother, Conductor Tramell Thompson, has been a fearless advocate of labor rights, justice, and employee safety. Whether it is behind the mic on Progressive Action TV, or taking it to the streets with his bullhorn, Tramell has consistently put his life and livelihood on the line for others without hesitation. Now it is our turn to step up for him.

On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, Tramell was assaulted in the line of duty at Bedford Park Station. As a result of the assault, he sustained substantial injuries to his leg that led to his hospitalization. Due to the extent of his injuries, Tramell will be unable to work for quite some time. Having been an ever-present champion and voice for the people, especially his Union Brothers and Sisters, we are now asking for your help to support Tramell and his family through this tough time, as he has supported us.
