Trans refugee fleeing Louisiana

I'm a trans woman from Louisiana with an unstable housing situation. Unfortunately, circumstances now mean that I have to flee my home state. I am hoping to move to live with my fiancée outside the US by March or April. I need to be able to afford relocation-related costs including:

• first and last month's rent and a security deposit
• Furniture
• the cost of groceries and monthly student loan/medical debt payments as I look for/get settled into a job
• the cost of immigration-related fees
• extra related costs as they come up
