Help with Christian Medical bills.

Hi my name is Elias. My nephew was involved in a mortocycle accident in Roatan, Honduras. We believe it was a hit and run.

He was found by a family friend, he is not responding but still has a pulse. The hospital staff and tech is limited as to what they can do on the island.
