Transfer to Toronto Cat Rescue

We are transferring 35 cats to the Toronto Cat Rescue through the OSPCA!

We need donations to help cover the rental of our van, gas and accommodations for our driver. We are driving the cats to Sault Ste Marie where the OSPCA will meet with us and drive them the remaining way to Toronto. We have estimated this trip will cost $2,000.

This is a great opportunity for the shelter as we are currently WAY over capacity and are at a standstill for taking in surrenders. We currently have 125 cats within our care and no open kennels at the shelter. With winter coming, we need to ensure we are able to take in outdoor strays and would love to be able to tackle our very long surrender list.

Every cat transferred allows us to bring another cat into rescue to give them a chance at a forever home!
