Ich bin die Gründerin von TechBloomz. Unser Ziel ist es, alleinerziehende Mütter in Lateinamerika zu unterstützen, damit sie eine Karriere in IT starten können.

Wie machen wir das?

Wir bieten ein Tech-Learning-Accelerator-Programm mit starken Partnern für Coding, Englisch und Soft Skills an, das speziell auf eine Karriere im Tech-Bereich zugeschnitten ist. Die alleinerziehenden Mütter können zwischen den Tracks Full-Stack Entwicklung und Datenanalyse wählen.

Unser Bildungsprogramm ist auf die speziellen Bedürfnisse einer alleinerziehenden Mutter zugeschnitten. Das heißt, wir passen die Zeiten des Lehrplans von TechBloomz so an, dass er für die Frauen am besten funktioniert, und bieten ihnen Unterstützung bei der Kindertagesbetreuung, damit sie die Zeit zum Lernen finden.

Ziel des Projekts ist es, jungen alleinerziehenden Müttern mit schwachem sozialem Hintergrund eine Ausbildungschance zu geben, nachdem sie die Schule aufgrund einer frühen Schwangerschaft abgebrochen haben. Das Programm bindet Unternehmen frühzeitig ein, um die Chancen auf eine Vermittlung und Einstellung zu erhöhen. Für diese Frauen bedeutet ein Arbeitsplatz in der Technologiebranche nicht nur einen gut bezahlten Job, sondern auch eine deutliche Verbesserung ihrer Lebensqualität und der ihrer Kinder.

Wir sind bereit, unser erstes Pilotprojekt Anfang 2024 zu starten. Dazu müssen wir Geld sammeln, um die Kosten des Pilotprojekts im Voraus zu decken.

Mit deiner Spende ermöglichst Du 15 alleinerziehenden Müttern in San Cristóbal, einem Armenviertel der kolumbianischen Hauptstadt Bogotá, und Riohacha in La Guajira eine Ausbildung. Damit gibst Du ihnen die Chance, sich weiterzubilden und ihre Karriere voranzutreiben, oder anders gesagt, ihr Leben zu verändern.

Mit deiner Spende werden folgende Kosten gedeckt:

Ein Coding Bootcamp für die technische Ausbildung (Kurse für Full-Stack Development, Datenanalyse)
Englischkurse für IT
Soft-Skill-Kurse (Arbeiten im agilen Umfeld, Arbeiten in Remote-Teams mit unterschiedlichen Zeitzonen, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Workshops zum Erstellen eines Lebenslaufs / Einrichten von professionellen Profilen auf Social Media / Bewerbungs- und Interviewtraining)
Raumkosten und Internet
Fahrtkosten für Frauen, die von zu Hause zu den Stiftungen fahren (Bereitstellung von Tagesbetreuung und lern-freundlichen Räumen)

Jede Spende ist ein Schritt, um zu beweisen, dass dieses Konzept funktionieren kann, und um gleiche und faire Chancen für diejenigen zu schaffen, die eine zweite Chance am meisten schätzen - hart arbeitende Mütter.

I am the founder of TechBloomz. Our mission is to support single mothers in Latin America to start a career in tech.

How are we doing this?

We offer a tech learning accelerator program with strong partners for coding, English and soft skills especially tailored for a tech career. The single mothers can choose between full-stack development and data analytics.

Our education program is tailored to the special needs of a single mother. Meaning, we adopt the TechBloomz schedule in a way which works best for the women and provide child day care support so they would find the time to study.

The goal of the project is to give young single mothers with a weak social background an education opportunity after they might drop out of schools due to early pregnancy. The program integrates companies at an early stage to increase the chance of a match and getting hired. For those women, finding a job in tech does not only mean a well paid job but a significant increase of their life quality and of their kids.

We are ready to start our first pilot in 2024. To do this, we need to raise money in order to cover the cost of the pilot in advance.

By donating money, you will give 15 single mothers in San Cristóbal, a poor area of the capital of Colombia Bogotá and Riohacha in La Guajira. Thus, giving a chance to upskill and leverage their careers or in other words change their lives.

The cost will cover:

The bootcamp for tech education (courses of full-stack development, data analytics)
English courses tailored to IT
Soft skill courses (working in agile environment, working in remote teams with different time zones, personal development, workshops for creating a CV / setting up professional profiles on Social Media / application and interview training)
Room cost & internet
Transportation cost for women traveling from their homes to the foundations (providing day care and learning friendly rooms)

Every donation is a step towards proving that this concept can work and creating a more equal and fair chances for those who value a second chance the most — a hardworking mum.

Soy la fundadora de TechBloomz. Nuestra misión es apoyar a las madres solteras en América Latina para iniciar una carrera en la tecnología.

¿Cómo lo hacemos?

Ofrecemos un programa acelerador de aprendizaje tecnológico con socios fuertes para codificación, inglés y habilidades blandas especialmente diseñadas para una carrera tecnológica. Las madres solteras pueden elegir entre desarrollo full-stack y análisis de datos.

Nuestro programa educativo se adapta a las necesidades especiales de una madre soltera. Es decir, adoptamos el horario de TechBloomz de la forma que mejor se adapte a las mujeres y les proporcionamos apoyo en el cuidado de niños para que encuentren tiempo para estudiar.

El objetivo del proyecto es dar a las jóvenes madres solteras con un origen social débil una oportunidad de educación después de que pudieran abandonar los estudios debido a un embarazo precoz. El programa integra a las empresas en una fase temprana para aumentar las posibilidades de encontrar un empleo y ser contratadas. Para estas mujeres, encontrar un empleo en el sector tecnológico no sólo significa un trabajo bien remunerado, sino un aumento significativo de su calidad de vida y de la de sus hijos.

Estamos preparados para poner en marcha nuestro primer proyecto piloto a partir de 2024. Para ello, necesitamos recaudar dinero para cubrir por adelantado el coste del piloto.

Donando dinero, darás a 15 madres solteras de San Cristóbal, una zona pobre de la capital de Colombia Bogotá y Riohacha en La Guajira. De este modo, les darás la oportunidad de mejorar sus competencias y potenciar sus carreras o, en otras palabras, cambiar sus vidas.

El coste cubrirá:

Un bootcamp para la educación tecnológica (cursos de desarrollo de full-stack, análisis de datos)
Cursos de inglés para informática
Cursos de habilidades blandas (trabajo en un entorno ágil, trabajo en equipos remotos con diferentes zonas horarias, desarrollo personal, talleres para la creación de un CV / creación de perfiles profesionales en las redes sociales / formación sobre solicitudes y entrevistas)
Gastos de habitación e internet
Coste de transporte para las mujeres que viajan desde sus hogares a las fundaciones (proporcionando guarderías y salas de aprendizaje amigables)

Cada donación es un paso adelante para demostrar que este concepto puede funcionar y crear oportunidades más equitativas y justas para quienes más valoran una segunda oportunidad: una madre trabajadora.
