Transform Spaces for New Cross Hospital (Wolverhampton)

Mission: To raise as much money as possible to support putting the much needed mural artwork into 2 new areas within New Cross Hospital (Wolverhampton).

Why:

Newcross Hospital have supported myself (along with the Mural Trader team) to complete Mural artworks for a few spaces within the Children's departments. Having made such an impact they have since asked us to quote 2 other larger areas within the hospital. Rather than asking the hospital to pay the total balance, i am going to fundraise for as much of the cost as possible (if not all of it)

Where will the money be used:

There are 2 specific areas that we have been asked to quote for

1. Large outdoor area, where they have recently fundraised to create a playful area for patients to relax, play and escape the hospital walls.

2. A long corridor space with a glass ceiling , it's a beautiful space and we aim to create a unique journey through the area.

Who will paint the artwork:

It will be designed with the guidance of the children / staff within the hospital, and installed by the artists working with Mural Trader Ltd .

When will the work be completed:

We aim to raise the funds ready to install the artwork in February 2025 and also an outdoor space to be confirmed once building work is completed.

*The hospitals charity team , (like all hospitals) go above and beyond to support projects to help improve experiences within their hospital. I would love to contribute to their efforts by raising as much of the funds needed as possible, if not all of it.

I will be creating unique paintings and prints that will be for sale across my own social media pages @mrmurals . (I have attached some of the recent artwork Mural Trader have installed for NewCross at the start of this year)
