I want to be pround, Help me please

My name is Stefanie Nancy, West Sussex UK, I can't live anymore in the man body.

I'm want to start hormone therapy MTF, but going through NHS is never ending story and waiting time is around 4-5 years . I'm really need help from people who can and have possibilities to help. 

Every pound is count and help me raise money for hormone therapy and top surgery.

Please don't judging me, I'm just tired from that fight, morning to work dress up like men because my work plavce and college can't accept me like woman, and all day waiting to coming back home to be myself.
