Transgender Hormone Therapy fund for Riley

Hello! My name is Riley. I’m a Trans women needing to finance my medical transition.

NHS waiting lists to be seen by gender clinics for a first appointment are around 3-4 years and are only increasing. Gender dysphoria is something I have experienced my whole life. After coming to terms with my identity at the age of around 8/9 I hid it for most of my teens years. Not liking what I see in the mirror is something I’ve come accustomed to however I’m at my breaking point in terms of not medically changing my outward appearance to reflect how I feel on the inside.

the last thing I wanted to do was to ask for money but with being a full time student looking for work I’m struggling with money a bit. This money I raise would allow me to start transitioning medically in a matter of months as opposed to waiting years to even be considered for a first consultation.

Any donation would be very kind. So would a share of this link on your story if you cannot donate. I’m not entirely sure with blood tests, prescriptions and diagnosis how much my over all hormone treatment will cost me, so any donations over the limit or left over from the money I raise will be used for other aspects of my transition.
