Transplant recovery for Tapke Family

Hi My Name is Victoria Torres..

I am a mother of a 5 year old boy named Owen also a Fiancé to Matt Tapke.. I am in my last days of dialysis of 3 years which means I am receiving a Living Kidney Transplant from my amazing donor named Ashley Hobbs.. My transplant will be taking place in Peoria IL at saint frances medical center.. which we live in Bloomington IL, after my transplant I will have doctors appointments 3-5 a week.. which includes blood draws to check my levels and kidney function and appointments that’s needed after a transplant.. due to me not working and Matt being the only source of income during my recovery time we are asking for help, help for gas there and back, also for us to not get to behind on bills for a couple of months and my sons needs if needed, also for my anti rejection medication which that alone cost 500+ a month but for this moment my insurance is active and working but I HAVE been having issues with it sense January.. even a penny will help. If you know our family we don’t ask for much but we are asking for prayers and kindness of everyone’s hearts to just take the moment and read this if you can and share it!
