Transport $1M of school supplies to Ukraine

Hi! We're the Fio Bros :)

We're brothers and the co-founders of BOH, a nonprofit on a mission to inspire a global movement of kindness.

 

When we learned that over 200 schools have been destroyed in Ukraine due to war and that thousands of kids are now without school supplies, we knew we needed to do something to help.

 

That's why we've partnered with Ukrainian educator and entrepreneur, Zoya Lytvyn, to donate over $1 Million worth of backpacks, pens, pencils, crayons, pencil holders, markers, notebooks, and even external hard drives to the kids of Ukraine.

 

Along with school supplies, we're calling on our school partners across the globe to mail in handwritten letters of hope to our office in Brooklyn that we can take with us on our journey to western Ukraine.

 

To ensure that the school supplies and letters end up in the right hands, my brother and I will be traveling to Ukraine in the month of July with a few members of our team and award-winning cinematographer, Benjamin J Murray, to document the impact we'll be making.

 

We've already acquired the school supplies - now we just need to ship them over...

We estimate that we'll need $50,000 to help us transport all the school supplies successfully, and to pay for our trip (including security costs) to ensure that all of us get to Ukraine and back safely.

As things progress, we'll be sharing pictures and stories from our journey with donors so that they can see the direct impact of their donations.
