Transport Diana to her final destination

Hello my name is Brianna Burdette. This GoFundMe is for my mother who’s health has increasingly declined recently. She was transported to the ICU at OSF St. Francis on Friday March 17th and has been in Intermediate Palliative care since. Before this hospital visit, my mother was originally planning on leaving by car last week where she would be living with her first son and daughter-in-law as they are nurses to receive around the clock care. Because of the way her health has declined just being in the hospital this past week her palliative healthcare team has decided she unfortunately will not be able to make the trip up to wisconsin without transport. She is due to be discharged Saturday morning and is hoping to be able to afford the trip up to her final destination. Your support would mean so much during this difficult and sudden time.
