Transportation and food when Astrid has surgery

Donation protected
Astrid was born with a congenital heart defect called an Ebsteins anomaly and arterial atresia along with other complications where her right atrium was significantly larger than the rest of her heart. When she was 2 days old she was supposed to have a heart cath to open up one of her valves. The surgeon ended up poking a hole in the outside wall of her heart causing bleeding. They had to open her chest up to fix the mistake and complete the cath. She stayed in Cincinnati children’s for the first 2 months of her life. Due to this mistake she has a large scar in the middle of her chest and was delayed in development. When she was 8 months old she had to have a heart stent put in. Every few months she has to go back to get her stent opened up as she grows. Now that stent is starting to get tired she needs to have either her valve reconstructed or completely replaced. For this procedure she will need to spend minimum of a week in the hospital. We are asking for help with expenses for transportation and food so we are able to stay with her for the entire time.
