Transporting Dale Shank to Kokomo

Dale and Amy Shank planned on moving to Kokomo this fall to be close to Amy's family. Unfortunately, Dale has been diagnosed with cancer, which has progressed rapidly, and is unable to travel by ground vehicle.
Dale and Amy need any help you can provide in order to bring Dale to Kokomo, where he and Amy plan to spend his final days.
Any donation received will be used to offset the cost of aerial transportation. Given the limited time Dale has left and Dale and Amy's desire to be near family, the need for assistance is immediate and vital.
