TRAPPED in an Under Tow of Finances and Physical Hardships

Hi my friends.

Words come to mind at this first of April 2025 crisis for me — ["NO APRIL FOOLING . . ."]

Those words:

spiraling downard

in a riptide

trapped

in quick sand

in a sink hole

swamped

I'm just coming out of ~

2 severe injuries

3 weeks in bed, for the most part,

2 stays in the ER

2 or 3 MRI's

2 to 4 CT Scans

other x-rays

groups of blood tests

EKG's

In March, life became a lot more expensive, all in all.

The most important thing that needed to happen on my part — never happened:

I needed to move from my unexpectedly expensive initial landing place/rental in Sacramento, CA . . .

to a room rental that allowed me to save money each month and NOT cause me so much extra money for electricity, transportation, laundry, food, etc., etc.

There are numerous such places to rent. But while immobilized, in pain, on medication, and the like, I couldn't pull that off in March 2025.

Mostly recovered by now, I'm ready to take action to make that move. But FINANCIALLY, I have no reserves; I'm broke with no more back-up; I'm wiped out and drained dry of funds.

I do have editing work [4 paying videos] waiting for me to accomplish when I have a little larger place to set up my editing equipment, and in a viable, safe place to work.

Until then, all systems are a NO GO and it's very claustophobic in my little room.

So I'm turning to a few people I know and love who I hope can understand.

In order to move forward, I'm going to have a new rental deposit, and a second month's rent — in addition to my last month's rent where I'm staying now (2 rents for April 2025).

To be safe, I may need a total of $3000 in addition to my modest Social Security. To revise what came earlier in my return to California, I must add $3000 to what was raied and spent in the past -- and I hope my adding that amount for the present . . . makes sense to you in the here and now.
