Trash to Treasure Service Project

Our 8th-grade service learning project is focused on addressing the growing issue of trash polluting our beautiful Southern California beaches. Over the past few weeks, we've been collecting discarded plastic, metal, and other materials that have washed up along the shorelines. Instead of letting this trash go to waste, we are turning it into unique works of art that highlight both the beauty and the environmental challenge our oceans face.

Additionally, we are encouraging donations to this cause, as all the funds raised will go directly to @surfrider, an organization dedicated to protecting and preserving the world’s oceans, waves, and beaches.
