Traumatic Dog Attack

Hi, my name is Sierra Howard-dog mom to this sweet boy, Gucci. To all taking the time out to read this I want to thank you!! At just shy of 6 months old, he was attacked by a family members dog. The attack has severely affected his left eye causing Gucci to become not only blind in the left eye but left us with the last bit of hope of being able to keep his eye itself. We currently have vet and eye specialist costs up to $1000 just from 2 visits, within 2 days from the bite. Regardless for not only him but for our family, it will be a long road to recovery. The vet bills will bury us as we’re already in a bind with these unexpected vet bills. When we talked with the eye specialist that he saw just yesterday (02/12/2024) they mentioned to us that eye removal will cost upwards of $2,200.00. With having pets, we never had a doubt that they cost money. We just have hit a time in life that we never expected would ever happen. Unfortunately our family members have NOT, NOR will help us with the bills their dog has caused our family to endure. We are deeply asking for your help towards our goal. We understand that many of you may not be able to donate more than a few dollars. Please just know, that in our hearts we appreciate the amount you are able to donate towards this little guys present and future.
