Travellers United For Grand Paradise

During these strange times, we all need to help out as much as we can.  We help our families, our friends, our neighbours, our communities.....We are now trying to help the entire world by doing all these different things that are not normal in our day to day lives.
Some of us struggle more then others, yet we all should try to help each other when we can.

For the travel and tourism industry, these times are very difficult.  No flights and no hotels and resorts.  No more relaxing on the beach and tipping our waiters, bartenders, maids and other services when we can.

For those who may stumble upon this page, I will explain a bit more.
I have been travelling to Grand Paradise Playa Dorada in Puerto Plata for many years, I have been to this hotel about 20 times.  Over the years I have made so many great friends/family at this resort.  The staff are so happy to see when we return, and I know the same goes for many of the repeat guests.  Even the new comers to the resort are generally very happy with the small, inviting atmosphere.

I would like to set up this page in hopes that people from around the world will donate anything they can to the employees of this resort.
They rely heavily on our tips and also their small salary.  At the moment, it does not look like the hotel will be open in the near future.  Many workers already need necessities.  

For the time being, I hope to at least help waiters and bar staff.  Depending on how much is raised I would like to also help as many of the staff as possible.
