Travis and his family pay for medical bills

Hi.. I’m Darla. I’m starting a gofund me page for my classmate Travis. He has been fighting Male Breast Cancer since March of 2019. He had a Radical Mastectomy followed by chemotherapy and his 1st round of radiation. During the Mastectomy surgery he also had 18 Lymph nodes removed causing Lymphedema in his right arm. The cancer continued to spread to his lungs in 2020, his bones in 2022 requiring a second round of radiation.

The cancer has now spread to his brain as of March 2023 which will require more radiation. Travis has been on a pill form of chemo for 3 years that has bad side effects including major fatigue causing him to barely walk at times. Inspite of it all Travis has managed to continue to work full-time to provide for his family. Despite Travis and his family's best efforts they are still struggling with medical bills & other expenses.

The expenses of cancer not covered by insurance like gas and missed income for doctors appointments. He has also needed Various non-insurance covered treatments & fuel for going to and from up to 3 or 4 appointments per week. Over the last 4 years Travis' medical expenses alone have run now to excess of 1 Million Dollars. Much of it covered by insurance, but not all of it. Please consider helping him & his family in this trying time.
