Support Antonio's Fight Against Congestive Heart Failure

Hi. My name is Shannon. I am creating this page in hopes of raising funds to help my daughter and son-in-law with medical expenses. My son-in-law, Antonio, was taken to the ER late Saturday evening with shortness of breath, fatigue, and a general feeling of being unwell. He had a battery of tests ran and was admitted to the hospital in the early hours Sunday morning. He was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and type 2 diabetes. Antonio is currently uninsured and the couple will have to pay for all care and treatment out of pocket. There is currently no cure for CHF. CHF is more common in elderly patients than in someone who is barely 30.

A little background on their little family. Antonio and Tasha began their relationship in August 2019. They were engaged in November 2021 and were married June 3rd, 2022. They had always known they wanted to start a family together, and on March 11th, 2024, they were blessed with their beautiful baby boy, Luca. The couple has had to spend their second wedding anniversary undergoing treatment in the hospital.

The news we've received this weekend has been heavy. Arizona is a community property state. If things take a turn, my daughter will be solely responsible for the baby, all of their household responsibilities, and all of Antonio's medical expenses. There are still tests to be run and further medications/treatments that are going to be needed continually moving forward.
