Treatment for Lumbar Stenosis Foraminal Stenosis

Hi, my name is Sean and I am raising funds for my Medical Treatment of Lumbar Spine Stenosis.

Backstory: While walking out of a grocery store, my SI Joint slips out of place to cause injuries to L5-SI and L5-L4 in Lumbar Spine, Bursa Sac, Herniated Disc/Pinched Sciatic Nerve System that created Lumbar Spine Stenosis (Foraminal Stenosis), Sciatica, and Osteoarthritis.

Denied Medicaid help and other government benefits for treatment while I await disability claim approval. I am living daily with sciatica flare-ups that runs up and down left side of body that prevents me from being active with normal daily activities. I was under treatment while I had job, but they did a Mass Layoff and I lost my Medical Benefits. Have Osteoarthritis Bi-lateral in Lumbar, and Bursitis of the hip. Sacrum Bone fell forward that caused dislocation. Sacrum keep showing signs of instability/dislocating as I try to move around. I would need a Laminectomy and/or SI Joint Fusion in corrective surgery. Anything will help the cause, Gratefully Appreciated.
