Treatment for Titan❤

Martin and I are not usually ones to ask for help but we could really use it this time. As many of you know, we have 3 absolutely adorable pit bull babies. They got out of the yard yesterday afternoon and our Titan has been shot by St. Louis city police. He is stable, but has not been treated for his wounds
He was taken to animal control and sat there, bleeding and in pain for 5 hours before the vet even arrived. When she got there, she told me that this was "over her head" and that we needed to find an emergency clinic that could treat him right away. I arranged for Titan to be transported to Webster emergency hospital, however, he was turned away because it was a "quarantine situation" and was then sent BACK to animal control, still untreated for his gunshot wounds. Not one member of animal control thought it would be a good idea to notify me that Titan was sent back to animal control untreated. I didn't find this out until I called Webster emergency hospital about an hour later to check on Titan. Their response to me was, "Oh! They didn't tell you? Titan was taken back to animal control without treatment, call them for more info." By this time, animal control was already closed and I could not get in touch with their supervisor. As far as I know right now, Titan has been sitting in a kennel all night untreated for his wounds. I am IRATE. We are asking for donations for Titans medical treatments. No donation is too small. We love our dog more than words could ever describe and want him to get the best treatment we can get him, as soon as possible. It's going to be very expensive but we are undoubtedly going to do any and everything we have to do to get Titan treated and brought home safe.
