Trehafod Floods Feb2020
Donation protected
In the early hours of Sunday 16th February 2020, a number of houses in the small village of Trehafod in Rhondda Cynon Taff were hit by flash flooding from “Storm Dennis”. Storm Dennis is believed to have caused the worst floods in recent times and affected South Wales enough for it to be declared a major event. The clean-up has started and friends and neighbours lost most of their possessions and need help both physically and financially in the aftermath of the event. The community has pulled together and the help has already been tremendous in trying to get these people back on their feet. Unfortunately some were not insured and the financial burden is already taking its toll and this is where we can all help by giving as little or as much as we can to help these people get back to normality. Please show your generosity and lets pull together and show our support. Thank you
