Help Trenten ride wheelchair accessible

My name is Trenten. I am 16 years old and have JHD- Juvenile Huntington's Disease.
Huntington's Disease (HD) is a fatal genetic disorder that causes the progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain. JHD is a form of HD that affects children and teenagers. HD is a hereditary neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressively worsening motor, cognitive, behavioral, and psychiatric symptoms. There is no cure and no treatment to stop, slow, or reverse the progression of JHD.
I started developing symptoms when I was 8 years old. The prognosis is 10-15 years after the onset of symptoms. I have a hard time communicating because my speech is slurred and breathy. I have a tough time walking because my feet have started to deform and I am extremely uncoordinated. My body does not do what I want it to, only what it wants to and when it wants to. I use a wheelchair when I leave my home to assist with mobility and reduce the risk of me falling and getting hurt. I am able to get around my house, but fall regularly and run into the walls that have always been there. I like food, but usually am not in the mood to eat. It is hard to work utensils to get the food from my plate to my mouth and once I do I usually choke on it. I have a button for liquid feedings and often just resort to getting my nutrition that way. I am in the 11th grade, but I do not go to school. I do my schoolwork virtually with the help of my grandma, who is also my full-time caregiver.
I am asking for funds to help my mom get a vehicle that is wheelchair accessible. She has an SUV, but my wheelchair is large and bulky and once I am fully dependent, will not fit.
