Trevor and Megan Compton Tornado Relief Fund
Donation protected
Hello friends! This is Erin Compton and we’re so grateful for your love and concern. For those who have asked for a way to give to my son Trevor Compton and his wife Megan here it is. ❤️
Trevor and Megan were at home in Clarksville, TN on Saturday December 9 when a tornado destroyed their home. Our area was under a tornado watch but there was not a current warning so they were in different parts of the house doing usual Saturday things. Megan was on the couch in the living room and heard the back door start flapping in the wind. She headed that direction to secure it. Trevor was at a desk in the front bedroom and heard the storm getting louder. He decided to get up and move toward the middle of the house. At this point it’s all a blur to them but one thing is clear- God mercifully placed (tossed, threw, yeeted?) both of them and their precious pup in the kitchen which was the only part of the house left standing.
In typical Trevor and Megan style their first thoughts were for the people around them. They quickly began assisting neighbors and continue to have concern for them at the front of their minds. We want to return that same love and concern to them that they have shown for others. This fund is a way to do that. It will help with their immediate needs and a seed to plant for the future.
They are going to do so well and be stronger from this because they have the right perspective and know it’s all just “stuff”. Thank you for your thoughts, prayers and love!
