Trevor Fennelly - a stand up guy, back on his feet

I am a fellow rider. This is my good friend and two wheel brother: Trevor Fennelly (AKA: The Mad Irishman)

ANY help, large or small, is greatly appreciated. I hope the below information reaches your heart from mine.

On October 28th 2023, Trevor struck a 4WD after dropping his mate (a young man on his L's who also wishes to join the two-wheel family) back to his home.

According to police, Trevor was travelling at less than 70km/hr when he struck a 4WD that appears to have pulled out in front of him. Trevor was rushed to hospital with severe injuries. He was bleeding internally from his liver, intestines, bowel, spleen and had bruised his heart. He received EIGHTEEN blood transfusions and had to be resuscitated twice during his immediate surgery to stop the internal bleeding. After two surgeries to stop the initial internal bleeding, the wonderful staff at the Gold Coast Hospital were then able to start trying to repair his right broken arm and leg. He had snapped his femur and shattered his elbow. Trevor was in a coma for the first 4 days and received 6 surgeries over the month long stay in hospital.

Now home, Trevor will need to concentrate on his healing. My family, (blood & otherwise) would like to do what we can to elevate any financial burden that will, obviously, arise while he is recovering. Medical bills, household utilities and day to day living expenses are just the beginning.

Trevor is a humble, proud man. He would not ever ask for a hand out... All I am asking for is a "HAND-UP". A couple of dollars (if you can spare!) can go a long way in helping. Riding isn't for everyone, it is not just a hobby, it is a lifestyle and a family.

Unfortunately, sometimes, really bad things happen to really amazing people. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart if you've made it this far in my spiel, and any $$ or cents you may be able to contribute.
