This organization is in the name of Trevor Millimaci. Trevor was born at 1 pound 3 ounces on May 12th, 2008 and passed away June 4th, 2009. In the midst of all of the chaos, Trevor had 2 sisters along his side; myself (Kendra Altadonna) and my sister (Kayla Altadonna). This organization means a ton to us. The goal is to provide young siblings of NICU babies with activities, snacks, toys, etc..
It is HUGE to her and I that we have the memories of zoo trips, disney on ice, toy runs and little things such as getting our favorite snacks on our way to Pittsburgh.
Not ever child gets these “other” memories.
We want children to grow up remembering the good moments too. To be able to feel like a kid when so much is going on. To be able to look back and know that they mattered too.
This will make such a difference, and I know the parents of these children will feel so much relief.
