Treyvor Craven, Tragic Death on His 25 Birthday
Donation protected
On the morning of Monday, June 12, 2023 our nephew, Treyvor Craven, was killed in a car accident. He took his first breath on June 12, 1998 the day he was born and his last breath on June 12, 2023, his 25th birthday.
The morning for us, his family and friends began as a happy day where we were thinking about Treyvor’s birthday sending snapchats, text messages, and phone calls that he never got the chance to read or receive. He didn’t get to know how much love was being sent his way to celebrate his birthday. As we had no idea that just 10 miles away the emergency team was working the scene of the accident and that Treyvor passed away.
The local police notified my sister, his mother Tina, of the tragic accident that her only child was killed in a car accident. She was horrified as how could this be on his 25th birthday. He was her entire life, her home and family all gone.
Treyvor was heading home when something caused him to swerve and cross the left lane going into the ditch. Trying to correct but ended up hitting rock boulders causing his car to become airborne wrapping around trees before coming to rest. He was ejected at some point from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.
Treyvor was the only child of his parents. A brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, godson, godfather, friend to so many and a best friend. Our world has been turned upside and life as we knew it will forever be changed on that day.
Treyvor had a magnetic personality and generous heart, and he possessed a unique ability to make people feel like he had known them forever. His corny jokes and infectious humor brightened the lives of those around him, leaving a permanent mark on all of our hearts. In addition to his magnetic personality, Treyvor possessed an eye for style that he fearlessly showcased.
Your donation of any amount will assist Treyvor's mother in the unexpected expenses for the funeral, burial, and additional unforeseen cost to come while she grieves for the loss of her only child.
Please help us ensure the legacy of Treyvor lives on forever within each of us. Your generosity and compassion will not be forgotten.
