Triangle Tree Lights

This is a simple crowdfunder for people to chip in so that we can light up the trees at the Palace Gates Triangle! The bench crowdfunder worked fantastically, and helped everyone have a stake in the area, so this seems the obvious way to do this, too.

For context, the PGRA lit up the trees over winter for many years, but the PGRA has been inactive for a few years now and those lights have gone. This will be a lower-cost version, and it will be really nice for it to be a communal project.

The plan is to light up the main tree, the second tree, and the two olive trees, so we'll get four or five sets of lights. They'll be set on a six-hour timer to be on between dusk 5 and 11pm.

It will be nice to have them up in December and January, and perhaps turn off at the end of Jan? We can either leave them in the trees, as PGRA did, or take down and pack away.
