Triathlon 4 Mum

Can’t believe 10 years ago this month mum passed away, in honour of her memory I decided I want to challenge myself both physically and mentally and raise money for brain cancer research. I’ve decided to give a triathlon a crack and anyone that knows me knows i literally couldn’t swim a stroke and hardly have had any exposure to riding and running. This truly will be a huge challenge for me and one that I’m not only nervous but so beyond motivated for. This is for you mum the distance I’ll be taking on is 750m swim, 20km ride and 5k run
